Overview

Kevin consistently guides clients to successful outcomes in private sector debt and equity finance transactions.

Kevin uses his extensive experience in the Twin Cities region and nationally as a trusted advisor in large law firm practice and as a former General Counsel in the private equity industry to advise institutional providers of debt and equity capital in connection with private middle-market mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations. Kevin has particularly deep experience in representing mezzanine debt funds. Kevin also regularly represents national and regional banks in providing fund finance facilities, including LP subscription line and GP and management company liquidity facilities.
