Lillie assists a wide array of healthcare industry clients with corporate transactions as well as state and federal regulatory compliance.
Before joining the firm, Lillie interned with the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin. Prior to law school, she worked in fiscal policy research with a focus on state administration of Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
Lillie maintains an active pro bono practice.
