As an Associate in Dorsey’s Denver office, Andrew focuses on assisting clients in preparing and prosecuting patents across a broad array of technologies. Andrew helps clients build a strong portfolio of patent protection, utilizing design and utility patents, through forward thinking strategies, creative solutions, and by focusing on clear and effective communication to meet the unique needs of each client.
Andrew assists clients in drafting and prosecuting patent applications to cover a variety of designs for each unique invention. He further assists clients in getting the most out of their existing patent rights with creative continuation strategies. Andrew has experience in overcoming rejections from the USPTO and filing persuasive briefs for appeals before the PTAB after final rejections.
