Tully advises clients on a wide range of corporate finance and restructuring matters, including syndicated and bilateral financings, defaults and workouts, structured finance, private debt, and private placements.
He maintains an active pro bono practice, providing advice and full representation in a variety of practice areas, including family, housing, and employment law. Prior to joining Dorsey, Tully worked as Marketing Manager to a Dallas-based beverage distributer where part of his role was to develop meaningful connections with local non-profit organizations focused on community engagement.
