Elise counsels a wide variety of clients in the health care industry on regulatory and transactional matters, offering specialized knowledge related to privacy and security.

Prior to joining the firm, Elise externed in the general counsel’s office of a multinational telemedicine and virtual healthcare company. Before becoming an attorney, Elise worked for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the Public Health Associate Program (PHAP). Elise is a certified information privacy professional (CIPP/US).
