As an associate in Dorsey’s corporate group, Ashley works on strategic transactions, representing both buyers and sellers, across a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, food and beverage and manufacturing. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets activities, and corporate governance. Ashley also enjoys advising start-up companies and cooperatives on formation, governance and financing matters.
Prior to joining Dorsey, Ashley externed at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, Tax Division and served on the editorial board for the Washington University Journal of Law & Policy as an Executive Articles Editor.
