JEREMY HELPS CLIENTS SECURE PATENT PROTECTION FOR THEIR LATEST TECHNOLOGY INNOVATIONS AND ADVANCEMENTS.
Jeremy focuses his practice on U.S. and foreign patent strategy, preparation and prosecution in a wide variety of technology areas, such as medical and mechanical devices. Jeremy focuses on building strong patent portfolios by taking into account U.S. and foreign patent rights and taking into account various types of protection options, such as utility patents (the way the invention functions) and design patents (the way the invention looks). In addition to patent procurement and portfolio management, Jeremy advises clients in the areas of patentability, patent validity, patent infringement, and IP due diligence.
