Overview

Nick is a senior associate in the firm’s Capital Markets & Corporate Governance and Compliance Practice Group who specializes in Canadian/U.S. cross border transactions.
Nick advises U.S., Canadian, and other foreign issuers with respect to regulatory and compliance issues, including compliance with the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, stock exchanges, and state securities bureaus. His securities transaction experience includes private offerings, at-the-market transactions, underwritten public offerings, PIPE offerings, and listings on Nasdaq, NYSE and OTC Markets. Nick has extensive experience in counseling Canadian issuers using the Multijurisdictional Disclosure System (MJDS) in connection with cross-border capital markets transactions, SEC registration, and stock exchange listings.
