Leilani is skilled at coordinating and working seamlessly with colleagues, clients, counterparties, and specialists to provide adept advice regarding entity formation, corporate formation, helping to build and protect their brand and products, and promote brand recognition in the marketplace, acquiring necessary capital through various fundraising rounds, and negotiating and facilitating scaled growth through mergers and acquisitions. Leilani also works collaboratively with her clients to review and draft a variety of different commercial contracts to move businesses forward.
