Dorsey partner F. Matthew Ralph recently completed his term as chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Antitrust Section's governing Council. Under his leadership, the Council presented programs on the enforcement activities of the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, healthcare antitrust under the Affordable Care Act, antitrust economics, antitrust compliance programs, and a professor's program on pay-for-delay settlements and loyalty discounts in the US and Europe. "It was an honor to continue the Council's excellent tradition of providing high quality and topical programs to local antitrust practitioners, and to continue Dorsey's role in the Council's leadership," said Mr. Ralph.
