International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP is pleased to announce that it was named a winner of the China Business Law Journal Deals of the Year. The Firm is was recognized for advising R&F Properties in sale of its 70% stake in the Integrated Logistics Park near Guangzhou Airport to Blackstone, with the property being valued at approximately US$1.0 billion.
