The Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) Minnesota has named Dorsey Partner John Jorgenson to the inaugural class 2025 Rising Stars. This prestigious program highlights the region’s most promising early-career professionals in corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
John specializes in mergers and acquisitions, advising public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors on complex U.S. and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, carveouts, auctions, joint ventures, and reorganizations. His experience spans industries such as biomedical, defense, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology, where he has guided clients through high-stakes M&A deals to achieve strategic growth.
The 2025 Rising Stars class consists of 21 professionals selected from a highly competitive pool of nominees.
