Dorsey & Whitney LLP continues to expand its Phoenix office with the arrival of Healthcare Litigation Partner Rob Kort, the international law firm announced today. 

An accomplished commercial litigator, Rob represents health care entities, provider groups and hospitals on a wide range of healthcare related disputes, including provider reimbursement litigation, network contracting and termination, overpayment recovery, Medicare benefits litigation, fraud and abuse, and class action defense. Rob also handles various complex commercial cases, including claims for fraud and civil racketeering, non-compete and trade secrets violations, director and officer liability, data privacy, and privately held corporation and partnership disputes. Rob joins Dorsey from Womble Bond Dickinson (formerly Lewis & Roca), where he was a partner. Rob received his J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, and his B.S. from the University of Arizona.
