Elijah has earned a strong reputation for handling complex business disputes in both state and federal courts across the country, securing favorable jury verdicts, successfully arguing appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and consistently achieving positive outcomes for clients through arbitration and mediation. He has worked across various industries – from healthcare and manufacturing, to technology, construction, and financial services.
