Dorsey & Whitney LLP Partners Theresa Bevilacqua and Claire Topp have been named to Minnesota Lawyer’s 2024 “Top Women in Law.” This prestigious recognition honors women in Minnesota’s legal community who demonstrate leadership, professionalism, accomplishment, and a passion for making a difference. Bevilacqua and Topp will be celebrated alongside other honorees at a gala event on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Quincy Hall in Minneapolis.

Theresa Bevilacqua has served as lead trial counsel in complex commercial litigation across industries including manufacturing, energy, agribusiness, aviation, and technology. She is a Fellow of both the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Trial Lawyers, recognizing her significant contributions. Bevilacqua is listed in Best Lawyers in America (2022-2025), Chambers USA (2023-2024), and Minnesota Super Lawyers (2020-2024), among other prestigious recognitions.

Claire Topp, a Partner in Dorsey’s Healthcare Transactions and Regulations and Nonprofit and Tax Exempt Organizations practice groups, is highly regarded for her work with healthcare systems, tax exemption organization, and standards development organizations. Her expertise spans tax, governance, risk management, and nonprofit law. Topp has been named “Lawyer of the Year” in Nonprofit/Charities Law by Best Lawyers in America (2019, 2021, 2024) and is listed in Best Lawyers (2019-2025). She was also recognized as one of Minnesota’s “Top 100 Women Lawyers” by Mpls. St. Paul Magazine.
