Dorsey acted as U.S. counsel and advised the sole sponsor and underwriter CCB International Capital Limited in connection with GL-Carlink Technology Holding Limited’s (GL-Carlink Technology) Global Offering outside of the United States in reliance on Regulation S. The deal was conducted concurrently with a Hong Kong public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Hong Kong IPO debuted first day of trading on Monday, July 15, 2024.
