Dorsey & Whitney LLP is proud to announce that, for the seventh consecutive year, the Firm has achieved Mansfield Rule Certification Plus.

Since 2017, Dorsey has participated in the year-long Mansfield certification process to ensure that all talent at the Firm has a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership. By requiring that at least 30% of a firm’s talent pools considered for leadership roles consist of underrepresented groups and that its advancement processes are transparent, Mansfield creates a level playing field for all.

To achieve "Plus" status, Dorsey voluntarily provided data to Diversity Lab, demonstrating the Firm’s progress in broadening talent pools, and increasing transparency in its advancement processes. This allows both Dorsey and Diversity Lab to celebrate successes and identify areas for continued growth.
