Dorsey represents some of China’s largest and most active corporations. The firm’s representation spans a wide range of practice areas and industries.

The awards are based on law firm submissions and industry feedback received by China Business Law Journal, including more than 1,000 comments from corporate executives, in-house counsel, and senior practitioners, in order to pick out the top-performing firms in each field. Apart from peer nominations, China Business Law Journal also received selections from government institutions, the judiciary, and academia. Only eight international firms are selected in each category.
