Dorsey & Whitney LLP was named for a 16th time by Seramount as one of its “Best Law Firms for Women and Diversity” in recognition of the firm’s use of best practices in recruiting, retaining, and advancing women, people of color, LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities, and those from underrepresented communities.
Dorsey was ranked among the top 20 of 50 firms that earned spots on the 2023 list and is a member of the Hall of Fame, which is awarded to those who have appeared on the list more than ten times.
“We are pleased once again to be one of only two firms honored with this recognition every year since its inception,” said Bill Stoeri, Dorsey’s Managing Partner.
About the Methodology
Seramount’s 2023 Best Law Firms for Women application includes more than 300 questions about attorney demographics at different levels, flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women, people of color as well as those from underrepresented groups. Questions about family-friendly benefits, mentoring and sponsorship participation were also included.
