Sandra Edelman, Trademark, Copyright, Advertising & Brand Management partner, was recognized by general counsel and other in-house lawyers from some of the largest corporations as one of the 30 intellectual property attorneys who are at the top of their game when it comes to delivering outstanding client service, recognition they earned by aligning IP strategies with clients' business goals and by offering more advice on reaching better litigation settlements.
Ms. Edelman has extensive experience in brand name adoption and protection strategies, trademark and advertising disputes, and advertising claims review and counseling in both traditional and social media.
She acts as lead counsel in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings and ex parte appeals before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and advises clients on offensive and defensive litigation strategy.
