Dorsey client Entone, Inc., a global leader of Cloud TV and Connected Home solutions, has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Amino Technologies plc, for a total consideration of $73.0 million. The deal can be expected to close in the third quarter of 2015, and is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
The acquisition will better position the Cambridge-based IPTV, Internet TV and in-home multimedia distribution provider to support their customers with an expanded global footprint and scale.
Dorsey represented Entone in the transaction.
