President Trump’s tariffs are causing a lot of uncertainty for businesses across the country. Tracking the near-constant changes can be tough, as can trying to predict where things will go from here. 

Minnesota Lawyer talked with partner Dave Townsend on the recent tariff moves and what businesses might see in the future. Dave is an expert on tariffs and represents the U.S. and foreign clients in trade litigation and disputes before U.S. agencies, including the Department of Commerce, International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). He is part of Dorsey’s Government Solutions and Investigations Practice Group.
