Partner Ray Liu was recently quoted in an article in the China Business Law Journal on the recent pattern of foreign firms closing their China offices. Ray points out that many US-based firms are relying on their domestic market. Some firms are able to keep their doors open in China due to deeply cultivated markets in the area.
