Dorsey client Fairview Health Services, a large integrated health care system in Minnesota, closed its acquisition of Columbia Park Medical Group, a multi-specialty practice group with more than 90 physicians practicing in five Minneapolis suburban clinics. The acquisition involved: acquisition of all of CPMG's stock followed by a series of mergers into Fairview; employment of CPMG's physicians by Fairview; and real estate transactions between Fairview and Columbia Park Properties, a partnership made up of certain CPMG physicians.
