Helen Tapadar Hangari, General Counsel, Realstar Group

Helen is General Counsel at Realstar Group in London. Realstar Group is one of Canada’s leading privately owned real estate investment and management companies. Helen is an experienced commercial lawyer, with a particular focus on the real estate sector. Prior to her role at Realstar Group, Helen trained and qualified at Freshfields in London before moving to Dubai and working at DLA Piper for a number of years.

Elma O'Reilly, Founder and Director, Parallel London

Elma is the Founder of Parallel London. With over twenty years of experience in Global HR, Elma knows what it takes for employees to work smart and work happy. She is a commercial HR Leader and has worked for some of the world's largest brands developing strategies for Nike, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Elma has led large teams and worked with founder-led, PE backed and private organisations. Parallel London has been recognised for the enthusiasm at the heart of the projects they deliver and transparent approach with clients based across the globe.

Melissa Moyle, Moderator, Partner, Dorsey & Whitney

Melissa Moyle is a Partner in Dorsey’s London office and is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including landlord and tenant, development, acquisitions and disposals, property investment, and property finance. She also frequently advises on real estate aspects of UK and cross-border corporate transactions. Her clients include property companies, corporates, private equity investors, and financial institutions.
