This session will cover mobile app-related identifiers that are the equivalent of website cookies, how they track users, and the disclosures needed for privacy policies and compliance. It will also tackle reports of phones and other devices tracking audio content in their environment, including people’s conversations, and the privacy implications of such tracking. Finally, we’ll take a look at the new limitations in the pending CCPA and ePrivacy Directive, among other laws, and how those laws may be changing the face of digital advertising as we know it.
