Dorsey & Whitney’s Annual Des Moines Symposium will highlight the present and future use of P3s in Iowa and around the world to help public agencies and private businesses navigate the legal and regulatory hurdles presented by P3s, and to successfully take advantage of the opportunities P3s provide to the public and private sectors. Symposium topics will relate to P3s in the fields of finance, health care, and litigation.

CLE INFORMATION
We will apply for CLE credit in Iowa, Minnesota, and North Dakota. Dorsey is an Accredited CLE Provider in California and New York, and this program will be CLE accredited in those states. For any other state, Dorsey will not be applying for CLE credit, however, participants are welcome to apply for or claim credit according to their jurisdiction's regulations.
