Minnesota Legal Ethics is a new, online treatise written by Dorsey Of Counsel Bill Wernz. The book is hosted by MSBA and available to all, at no cost. Bill will introduce you to the treatise and show how it can be used to address ethics issues. Dorsey is the first stop on Bill's book tour.
Bill Wernz joined Dorsey in 1992 as the Firm’s Ethics Partner and a member of the Trial Group. He is currently Of Counsel to the Firm. Before joining Dorsey, Bill served as Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility.
