Overview
Andrea helps school districts finance the capital projects that enable them to educate and advance our future leaders.
For nearly two decades, Andrea has devoted her bond counsel practice almost exclusively to Minnesota school districts. Andrea assists her clients with a variety of financings, including various types of new money and refunding bond transactions and tax/aid anticipation borrowings. Andrea also advises her clients and helps them navigate the often convoluted terrain of bond elections and levy referenda.
Additionally, Andrea assisted with the formation MN Trust, an investment pool comprised of Minnesota school districts. She continues to serve as its long-standing legal counsel.
