Our client settled with the farm and was granted an assignment of rights against the farm's insurer. In the ensuing arbitration against the insurer, we represented the agribusiness on a capped-fee basis with a provision for an additional success fee if our client prevailed. When the arbitrator awarded $5.0 million to our client, we all shared in the success.
