Olivarius is owned by Olivier Leclercq, a businessman and former chairman of Decathlon, one of the world’s largest integrated sporting goods retailers. The ownership change will bring additional expertise and growth strategies, allowing Coolibar to continue to grow its business and become the global standard for sun-protective clothing.
