The Public-Private Partnerships (P3) Group is dedicated to serving clients who recognize the need to harness the unique strengths of both public and private sectors to create long-term solutions to the infrastructure and economic development issues that face communities today. Dorsey’s P3 team includes a deep bench of experience in representing the private sector on all aspects of design-build and P3 projects, including RFP negotiation of financial, commercial and technical terms, proposal strategy, risk mitigation, teaming and drop-down agreements, design subcontracts, and interface agreements.  Our team has effectively managed complex procurements on behalf of consortia, DBJV teams and contractors and dealt with the multitude of challenges that arise as complex projects progress.
