Fanny Renault

As a member of the Firm’s Finance and Restructuring Group, Fanny focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions acting as corporate trustees, collateral agents, escrow agents, administrative agents, and in other agency capacities in connection with a wide variety of capital markets and finance transactions. Fanny has extensive experience in secured domestic and global transactions and asset backed securitizations.

Fanny also has experience representing lenders and borrowers in financing transactions and with the organization and operation of domestic and off-shore private equity funds, venture capital funds, various types of operating entities, and non-profit organizations. She regularly assists with corporate governance, operational issues and complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, equity financings, and joint ventures involving both publicly and privately held strategic parties and private equity investors.
