Dorsey & Whitney LLP Associate Kristiana Lubomirova has received an “Accomplished Under 40” (AU40) award from Idaho Business Review (IBR), the international law firm announced today.

The AU40 award highlights those under 40 years of age who are considered decision makers of the future and help Idaho’s business community grow. 

Kristiana focuses her practice on the intricacies of corporate and securities law. Her role involves working closely with emerging growth companies, guiding them through different stages of their development. She offers advice on a variety of key issues, including formation, corporate governance, conversion, securities laws, venture financings, and debt financings.

Award recipients are selected by a judging panel comprised of past winners who review professional achievement, leadership, mentorship, and community service. 

AU40 winners will be honored during an award ceremony on June 4, 2024, at Boise Centre and recognized in commemorative IBR magazines on June 7, 2024.
