RON'S PRACTICE FOCUSES ON PROTECTING CLIENTS’ STRATEGIC AND LONG TERM COMMERCIAL INTERESTS HELPING THEM MAKE THE BEST OF THEIR TECHNOLOGY, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, AND BRANDS.
Ron advises on a wide range of technology related transactions, commercial contracts, investments, and compliance matters working primarily with clients in the software and digital field, electronics and telecoms, medical devices, and life sciences. Ron also gained much experience in the aerospace and automotive, cleantech, consumer products, branded goods, and food industries.
Ron is qualified as a solicitor-advocate and represents clients before the UK courts primarily in the enforcement and protection of intellectual property rights and in related commercial disputes. Ron also assists client in the acquisition of rights and in managing proceedings before the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) and the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) such as oppositions, validity challenges, and appeals.
